After graduating with a master’s degree (preventive and social medicine) from University of Rajasthan Dr. Joshi joined SMS Medical College as well as Indian Institute Of Health Management Research, where he started his career as a teacher. About ten years later he moved to UNICEF’s Country Office, India. Within almost two decades he contributed in several projects of social development. Dr. Joshi implemented programs to improve and advance health care in India such as “Child Survival And Maternal Health Care Programm” in different indian states and regions. Dr. Joshi has designed training programs for health managers and frontline supervisor and workers using adult learning principals. He contributed extensively in Child Health and Nutrition Programming at community level. Afterwards he returned to Institute of Health Management Research in Jaipur, where he teaches currently. Dr. Joshi has been associated with Taabar Society since Taabar’s ineptionas Chairman. We are always grateful to him for providing valuable support and guidance in each and every concern.
Dr. Mohan received a Doctor’s of Medicine degree from SMS Medical College in 1996 and completed an advanced training in epidemiology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is a passionate pediatrician. Dr. Mohan joined the RNT Medical College in Udaipur as a Medical Officer in Department of Pediatrics as well as the State Institute of Health and Family Welfare in Jaipur, where she served as a Program Officer. She has been involved in many government health projects as a consultant to contribute the local indian health care. Dr. Mohan led a study in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) and NGO SevaMandir (Udaipur, India) aimed at improving the health status of rural communities using multiple approaches addressing health through different mechanisms. We appreciate her commitment as a Vice President a lot and are happy to have her with us.
After receiving her master’s degree in social work and sociology she joined renowned national and international organizations like ParivarSeva, Educomp Solution Limited, Learning Link Foundation and Action Aid India for ten years. She currently is a member of Child Welfare Committee, Kota Ms. Parveen is associated with Taabar since its inception in 2007 and providing her support in organizational development. Her impact is very valuable for Taabar.
Mr. Bhasin has been actively involved in non-profit sector for more than 40 years. He has been a founder member of Muskaan Foundation, Jaipur. Currently he is as a managing trustee of Muskaan Foundation. Mr. Bhasin also contributes on the boards of several other charitable organizations and civil societies. He continues to benefit the organization from his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the sector.
After Mr. Paliwal acquired a post graduate degree in Sociology & Social workand completion of his masters, he worked for I-India and Population of Services International.During this period he worked on control and prevention of HIV/AIDS. He extensively worked with Truckers, high risk groups & street children. At the same time, he stayed in Mumbai. While travelling in local trains, came across with street children that changed the course of his life. He realized that there is a community who is voiceless and vulnerable to any type of exploitation and needs immediate care & protection. He decided to do something for these children. With this aim, he started a station project in Jaipur for street children. His dedication and devotion brought some likeminded people together. As a result TAABAR was founded in the year of 2007. Since then, Mr. Paliwal is committed for overall well being of the street children.
Mr. Rawat is implementing the “Intel Education Initiative Project, Rajasthan” as a Education Specialist. The project aims onProfessional Development of Teachers from Govt. School on techno-pedagogy and enhancing student’s 21st century skills through usage oftechnology. He has been involved in planning, implementation and relationship buildingwith senior IAS officials in the department. Mr Rawat shows a great affection and attachment towards the organization by giving his valuable time as and when required.
Dr. Barotia holds a master degree in Social Work (MSW), Diploma in International Business (DIB), and Ph.D. in Management. Currently she is working as Block Programme Manager for National Rural Health Mission under Medical and Health Department, Govt. of Rajasthan at Gogunda (Udaipur). She has credit of four papers jointly published in International and National journals on Child Health and Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Kalpana always offers her help to the organization with full devotion and dedication.
She holds a Master Degree in Home Science (Child Development) from BanasthaliVidyapith. Rajasthan, India and Ph.D. in Home Science (Human Development) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She also holds a degree in Education (B.Ed.). She is well -versed with different sets of skills. She has anchored T.V. Show for Doordarshan Rajasthan. She is expert of memory technique and personality development programme. Mrs. Seema Joshi has been associated with number of NGOs and civil societies. Presently she is serving for “Maulik Foundation” as a Founder Secretary.
